🕒 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
If there’s ever a delay (due to high order volume or a restock), we’ll keep you updated via email.
📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship from Fontana, CA.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not ship worldwide.
📬 Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships. If it hasn’t moved in a few days or looks stuck, reach out we’ll help.
🚫 Wrong Address / Returned to Sender
Double-check your shipping address! We’re not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.
If your order gets returned to us, we can reship it but you'll need to cover the new shipping cost.
📮 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” it’s out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first. If you’re still having trouble, email us and we’ll do what we can to help.
